In a Zenbu baby yoga or baby massage class we talk of touch being the first sense we acquire. Many successful relationships are built upon it and touch is our first language. For growing babies it is a way of communicating their language, and a way parents give comfort to them.

Regular themed classes THROUGHOUT THE YEAR
Zenbu Mum & Baby brings that extra bit of sunshine to your day with regularly themed baby classes where your little ones can look even more adorable and enjoy their first fancy dress outfits and mum gets to enjoy some cake and buns. Mums are encouraged to go for a coffee OR LUNCH at nearby cafes to FURTHER build the sense of community AND ENJOY THE ADDED BENEFIT OF THEIR SLEEPING BABY AFTER CLASS.
They develop through yoga poses, which can aid in their gross and fine motor skills.
Yoga helps to improve sleeping patterns both in duration and frequency, as well as encourages sleeping through the night. Yoga poses and stretches for infants aid in digestion, constipation, and relieve gas and colic.
Playful yoga songs and activities (and seeing other babies) help make the whole experience fun! Including tummy time!
