I currently offer a range of yoga classes running in Abyhasa Studio, Lisburn Road in South Belfast, which include beginners lunchtime yoga and pregnancy yoga sessions. I also specialise & facilitate mum and baby yoga sessions.

All Levels Lunchtime Yoga Classes

A gentle class consisting of a variety of introductory postures for stretching, strengthening and balancing the perfect way to relax & recharge.

Small Group & 1-to-1 Sessions Available

I also offer sessions tailored for small groups & individuals on a 1-to-1 basis.


These sessions are held exclusively at my bespoke studio & are the perfect way to experience the benefits of yoga in private setting.
