Practising gentle yoga can be the key to a healthy and enjoyable pregnancy, while helping you to discover trust and confidence in your natural resources for labour and birth. This supportive class will strengthen your body and your mind in preparation for childbirth and give you the opportunity to enjoy the journey of pregnancy with other mums-to-be. MUM & BABY YOGA

This class gives you the opportunity to regain your core strength and flexibility, increasing your energy levels. Yoga will help your baby's development and awareness as well as being wonderfully fun!

BABY MASSAGE

Loving touch is a powerful way of communicating with your baby. The ancient practise of massage helps to build confidence and trust in your parenting skills and is a wonderful way to bond, spending some quality time with your baby. Massage enhances your baby’s health and well-being, releases tension and can help with common ailments such as colic and restlessness. Above all it’s fun and offers a great opportunity to meet other mothers.

***FOR BABY CLASSES***

The classes are very informal and lively, and there is absolutely no pressure or expectation for your baby to "behave" in a certain way! Beginners new to yoga are very welcome- you'll be surprised at how much you can do.
Babies are welcome to sleep, feed, join in or just admire mummy! Babies are welcome from 4-6 weeks to crawling. I supply all yoga mats and cushions. Just bring a snuggly blanket for your baby to lie on, a little toy and dress them in something easy to take off for baby massage and removable socks for the baby yoga. For yourself wear comfortable stretchy clothing to allow you to move and enjoy the postures.
