Yoga in Belfast


Yoga is a practise that is available to everyone and can improve your physical, mental and spiritual well-being. There are a range of yoga classes running in East and South Belfast:  beginner yoga, intermediate yoga, pregnancy yoga and a general yoga class for all levels.

Suzanne has studied yoga for over 10 years and trained to teach yoga in 2004 with the Yoga Therapy and Training Centre.

Suzanne teaches weekly yoga classes in Belfast for beginners, intermediates and pregnancy yoga.



Tuesdays Mornings
Next session starts- 14/09/10 

10.15-11.15pm Mum & Baby Yoga
A great way to regain strength and flexibility for you and fun movements for your baby

11.30-12.30pm Baby Massage
Take time out to relax and bond with your baby through the ancient tradition of massage.

Morning classes at St Bride's Hall, Derryvolgie Avenue, Malone.

Tuesday Evenings
Next session starts- 7/09/10

6- 7pm Beginners 
Introducing a range of postures, breath work and relaxation in a simple and fun atmosphere. Gentle manner.

7.05-8.05pm Intermediate
For those already experienced, taking you to the next level with more challenging postures and deepening relaxation.

 8.15- 9.15pm Pregnancy Yoga
For women at 14-40 weeks. Take time out to devote to you and your baby. Learn postures and breathing which will help you to have a healthy pregnancy.

Numbers limited so booking is essential!

Hall located at 22 Marlborough Park North, just off the Lisburn Road near M&S. Parking available.
