Zenbu Massage & Yoga runs 7 Classes a Week for:
Mum & Baby Yoga
Beginners Yoga and
Baby Massage Classes.
These classes are on Tuesdays & Wednesdays during morning & evening.
Please note that certain classes are held in different venues which are outlined below.

What to Bring:
You should arrive a few minutes early and bring your own yoga mat to the Quaker Hall classes.
Abhyasa studio provides mats. You are welcome to bring straps or blocks if you feel you need them, I am happy to advise on their use.
You may also like to bring a blanket to keep you warm during the relaxation time at the end of class.
